Where these numbers come from

Every figure comes from BakeServe's own records: the daily finished-goods stock report, the daily raw-material stock report and the monthly production workbooks. Akoma reads them as they are, cleans up spelling and dates, and checks that each day adds up. Nothing is typed in by hand.

Checks on every build

• Finished goods: opening stock plus everything made, sold, damaged and transferred must equal closing stock, for every product on every day.
• Raw materials: days must run in order with no gaps.
• Stock below zero is shown as a warning, never hidden.

The sales estimate

For each product: the average sold on the same weekday over the last four weeks, adjusted for month-end, when sales are higher. It only uses days before the day being estimated. The Trends page shows how close it has been.

Figures are used only for this work and seen only by Akoma and the people BakeServe names. The site is not public and is not indexed by search engines.
